Booking our Orlando Florida Villa

Before placing a booking please make sure you read the TERMS & CONDITIONS (Mickey wants to make sure that you have a really great time!) and that the dates you require are available.

Please note that we operate a NO PETS policy (even Pluto i’m afraid!) and there is a NO SMOKING rule in the villa.

We also have a minimum stay requirement of 5 days and a minimum pool heat duration of 5 days.

Please print the BOOKING FORM which is available from the link in the box below (Donald is very helpful when he wants to be!), complete it fully and then scan and email it back to us or post to the address on the booking form along with your deposit.

    These prices are in $ as that is how we are charged in the US and will be converted into £ rate at the time of booking for UK customers.

    Please note that prices are in Pounds Sterling (apart from Pool/Spa heat) and are inclusive of local state taxes and cleaning.
    Prices are per week or per day and not per person and are subject to change without notice.
    Discounts for long lets and late bookings are at the owners discretion. Please CONTACT US for further information.

    Once you have chosen your dates please confirm the dates by phone or e-mail which can be found on our CONTACT PAGE.

    After confirmation, please print the BOOKING FORM and post to the address on the form together with your deposit payment.

    A deposit of £200/$200 per week is required with the completed booking form. Confirmation of booking will normally be sent within 7 days of receipt of deposit. Once the deposit is confirmed , the deposit will be non-refundable but will be deducted from the full rental amount due. A refundable security deposit of £200/$300 will be added to the balance to cover any breakages or damage whilst staying in the holiday home.

    The balance of the cost is to be paid no later than 8 weeks before the departure date. When a booking is made within 8 weeks of departure, payment in full must accompany the booking form. Key collection details will be sent to you after full payment has been received.
